EXERCISE ANGELS

Angel Deb McLean has completed a comprehensive training in seated exercise, geared towards aged care participants, through the Love to Live training & certification.  Love to Live has been awarded the title of Fitness Australia Awards 2020 Community Exercise Program.  

This ensures that we have been equipped with skills that the physical & mental safety of your clients are our number one priority.

Angel Deb, has been in the fitness industry for over 35 years, teaching many different aspects of wellness & physical fitness.  From young children to elderly with physical & mental disabilities.  She also brings her knowledge, experience, & love of laughter to every class she teaches.
